Body Feminization Surgery is a combination of liposuction, fats transfer, dermatolipectomy and breast augmentation.
Dermatolipectomy is the removal of excessive skin and fats from the body. A combination of brachioplasty (armlift), tummy tuck, thighlift, backlift, butt lift, calf lift and hernia repair may be appropriate to many patients to achieve a more slender figure.
With modern cosmetic techniques such as breast implants, liposuction & fats injection (transfer), it is possible for a T-girl to achieve a proportionate female body contour. The aim for the surgery should be getting a proportionate body contour instead of becoming instantly attractive.

Liposuction & Fats transfer may be performed together to ‘fine tune’ a person’s figure. Fats can be lipo-ed, purified and re-injected back into the lips (lip augmentation), buttocks (buttock augmentation).
Will the fats transfer last?
Some patients think that fat injections “do not last”. However, this is not the case. When properly done, a large percentage of the injected fat cells do indeed survive. These are ‘permanent’. Since some fat cells are lost, the effect of the fat transfer is not as dramatic after a few weeks. For this reason, there’s a need to ‘overcorrect’, or inject more than we need to, knowing that after a few weeks the final result will be more to the patient’s liking. If we inject less, the patient may be happy with the initial result, but be disappointed over time as the results ‘disappear’.
